Microsoft has released an update to address an issue with the
64 bit versions of Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP Professional. As is explained
in detail in Knowledge Base Article 911021, errors may occur when running 32
bit programs on a computer running a 64 bit version of one of these operating
systems, including various access violations, message box API failures, and GUI
operations errors.
