Blizzard has issued new patches for WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos, bringing the English and international editions of their 3D real-time strategy game to version 1.05. This release addresses a handful of minor issues, and is not save-game and replay compatible with the previous v1.04.

- Patch 1.05 Game Changes:
- Fixed a problem with viewing certain replays.
Patch 1.04c Game Changes:
- Dates now use the system date format.
- Fixed some issues related to IME text input.
- Fixed some minor text wrapping issues that were occurring with Asian languages.
- Fixed an issue that allowed players to keep Castles and Keeps alive for abnormal lengths of time while those buildings were under attack.
NOTES: Replays are incompatible between major game revisions. (1.03 replays cannot be viewed with the 1.04c version of Warcraft III.) Custom save games will not load from versions 1.03 and below.
